A lot of people have failed in their quest to become big time internet marketing moguls. Yeah, moguls because there are business moguls, I think of the internet as a business centre as well. The truth is, while people are failing in their quests, others are busy making it big over the same internet. I know it took me over 6 months with a whole lot of investment (that caused me to starve on many occassions by the way) to start out my internet marketing career. Yeah, that frustration was enough to get people to forget the internet but the truth is, real money is being spent over the net and in every currency.
The internet market is as big as everything you call business and everything from the banking system to the processing of shoe polish all have a stake in the internet. The potentials of the net are limitless. It depends on your area of focus. I have focused on exploring the net for the purpose of learning until I finally realized I could explore it for working and making money in 2014. It’s been a while since then and so far, I’m yet to discover a lot more. I did a few basic hacking to get my foot on the door though. Minor stuff by the way, but it did get me in. I believe it can help you get in too. So, I’m sharing my experience in this website. Explore other articles as well.
I’d make a quick summary here, so that those who probably want to jot a few pointers can write these down and think about them.
- Why would you want to make money over the internet?
- How do you even want to do it?
- Who would pay?
- Do you have a skill or are you willing to learn one?
- What would it cost you?
- What is the easiest way to get started?
Reasons people make money online span over virtually every reason that gets people to find a job that keeps them bound all their lives and give them no way or means of getting to expand their profits. I want to have a good life, live with my spouse, spend time with her and my kids and still be able to provide for my family and expand my investments. All that takes time and it takes skill to put it all together. Guess what? working over the net provides me with all that promise.
The question of how to do it is where the puzzle begins. Yes, you know youu want to make money online but how do you start? Well, believe you can and go all into something you love. Just know that you have to sell if you must earn legally over the net and there are a host of things you can do right about now. By selling, you’re either selling a service or a commodity you will ship. Building your profile in trust is important to credibility. You can sell just about anything. You can start over in any niche or any market, at this point I’d recommend a market research (I’d shed light on this in future posts). The problem of qualification doesn’t exactly matter at this point, just have the ability to do the service and do it well.
If you feel you don’t have a skill, well, I’d blame it on the reason that you don’t believe in yourself and I can coach you personally into identifying a means of generating money for yourself over the internet. However, you can also decide to learn a skill to help you get your foot in the mat. A lot of coaching courses exist out there that teaches you to make money online (you have to be careful though, a lot of scams exists out there too that would hasten your frustration). Find someone to trust if you don’t trust my profile yet, and mail them. Ensure they do make money online and ask to be their student. It would take time, but you would eventually get there. Anything from I can sew my grandma’s skirt to I can sketch a perfect house plan is a skill people are willing to pay for (you’d find out more on this in my future posts).
It costs from $0 to $1000’s in one’s bid to become an internet marketer. Yeah, a lot of people lose a lot to get started. Though, I didn’t pay for coaching courses in my time (because I dorked most) even at that, I came through a lot of scammy courses. Always learn to learn with a marketer and trust a method that works for you. If something doesn’t work, do well to find another master or tutor and learn with but don’t learn everything at once.
I started out as a freelancer. That needed zero capital and yeah, I’ve confidently generated over $3000 over a 365 day period (as a starter at the time). Though, it took time to achieve that feat. Things get roughed up sometimes, but ultimately, like every business, you pick the ruffles and take your shot back in the market. My first year only gave me $50 and I spent a lot in subscribing to data providers and all that to get that. Though, I was happy I cashed money from the internet. That was hope. Ask yourself what you’re willing to invest. Zero is a figure so $0 is enough to start.
Owning a means to connect to the internet is very important. It’s like the only way you get to work from your house. Imagine you had to sell a piece of cloth to a friend who lives far away and you don’t communicate or transport the materials and money alike. That’s bad and the business wouldn’t work. That’s how a standard connection to the internet is to this line of work.
